where the forest meets the ocean
The ocean, just 300 meters from our main camp camping Albret Plage, our small, family-friendly campsite offers direct beach access with no cars, creating a safe and peaceful environment for all ages. Nestled beneath tall pine trees, it’s the perfect mix of ocean air, soft sand, and cool shade.
Everything is within easy reach: shops, bars, and restaurants are just steps away, so you can enjoy local life without ever needing to drive. Nature surrounds you here — wander through nearby forests and dunes, chase waves along the Atlantic coast, or simply slow down and soak up the relaxed atmosphere back at camp.
Messanges captures the easygoing spirit of the Landes, with long beaches, surf culture, and small local spots that come alive in summer. More than just a campsite, it’s a place to unplug, explore, and fully embrace the rhythm of the coast.
